Welcome to the virtual world of Brian Long, a world dedicated to the geography and philosophy of Cyberspace. This is where I roam, when enjoying my virtually created realm, and now you roam here to.

The whole concept behind this site is twofold. Primarily for me to access cyberspace in an easy and comprehensive manner. Hopefully this will also apply to others who visit this site. And secondly, for cyberspace to be able to grasp, or make use of, my presence in its realm. Let me elaborate on the latter.

The concept of cyberspace, or the internet if you will, is the flow of information without any friction, along with almost complete absence of censorship. This, however, does not come without its costs, and it is somewhat of an art to surf the internet for information, without falling prey to false information...So watch out! Also there is the issues of the viewing and exchange of illegal material, child pornography for example. This in turn makes it necessary for us as individuals to act responsible, regarding the posting of illegal material, as well as the sincerity of the information we put out.

This site favores the blue ribbin campaign. That does not mean however, that people should be allowed to put everything out there. Below here is a list of things I recent (still working on it).

racism, antisemitism, nazism, facism, violations of human rights, war, the death penalty, child pornography, snuff porn, sexual harrasment, torture, political opression or any other form of opression, radical nationalism, persecusion of others for their beliefs be it religious political or other, ruining the environment for profit, unsustainable land use, child labour, slave labour, the banning of labour unions, absence of political freedom, using political freedom to behave ill towards others (nazism, facism, racism, antisemitism, presecusion, radical nationalism etc. etc.), Bo Warming, free trade with no control (world economic havoc), corruption, nepotism, unethical behaviour by TNCs, the use of hormones and antibiotics in animal production, genetically manipulated food produce, atomic weapons, polution that can be avoided (i.e. fewer cars more public transportation, or less use of chemical inputs in farming),
